Worklog Calendar

Terms of Use

Last updated: September 27, 2026

These terms describe the basic use of Worklog Calendar.

Use of the app

The app is provided for internal organization of work entries, reminders, income/expense ledger records, files, reports, and messages. Each user must use their own account and protect their login credentials.

User content

Users are responsible for the notes, files, links, messages, and payment ledger entries they add. Users must not upload or share content they are not allowed to store or disclose.

Communication rules

Before posting a message, attachment, group or meeting name, or reaction, each account must accept these rules once for the current policy version. Do not post harassment, bullying, threats, hate or discriminatory abuse, sexually explicit material, exploitation of minors, illegal material, spam, impersonation, private information without permission, or content that infringes someone else's rights. These rules apply to message text, attachments, group and meeting names, and reactions. Report a message or user in the app, block a direct contact, or contact support. Worklogs may review reports and remove content or restrict accounts that violate these rules.

Access and roles

Access to work entries, users, reports, and messages is controlled by role scope and explicit permissions. Personal message threads are available only to their sender and recipient.

Availability

The app is hosted on external infrastructure and interruptions may occur because of maintenance, network issues, or providers.

Income and expenses

The income/expense section is an offline ledger. It does not process payments inside the app and does not sell digital products or subscriptions inside Android.
